The design is based is on the legendary late ’50s tweed D’Lux 5E3 Amp:
Comes equipped with a Weber 12″ AlNiCo Signature series speaker as standard, chrome plated stainless chassis with white lettering.
Cabinet construction is finger jointed solid pine, covered with aged Tweed, and Oxblood grill cloth. The amp uses; hand wired tag-board construction like the originals, Sprague and or F&T electrolytic power capacitors in the power stage, hermetically sealed military grade PIO (paper in oil) and Mallory capacitors, a combination of carbon composition, with carbon and metal film resistors to optimize for tone and low noise.
After each amp is built, they’re burned in for 24 hours, played, dialed in before placing into stock or shipping. Custom orders or additional options will take longer to complete.
